The Foundation for Aspiring Minority Accountants (FAMA) provides three mentoring programs for minority students interested in a career in accounting.

High School

The Foundation for Aspiring Minority Accountants, Inc. High School Mentoring Program aims to connect juniors and seniors of African-American, Hispanic, and Asian descent with seasoned Accountants to share academic advice.

Undergraduate

The Foundation for Aspiring Minority Accountants, Inc. Undergraduate Mentoring Program aims to connect undergraduate college graduates of African-American, Hispanic, and Asian descent with experienced graduate students and seasoned Accountants to share academic and professional career advice. 

Recent College Graduate

The Foundation for Aspiring Minority Accountants, Inc. Recent Graduate Mentoring Program aims to connect recent college graduates (up to five years) of African-American, Hispanic, and Asian descent with seasoned Accountants to share professional career advice.
